Re: Group bookings & 1-2-1 readings - please read carefully
*PLEASE NOTE: ALCOHOL THAT IS CONSUMED BEFORE OR DURING THE READINGS MUST BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM
As this will effect the quality of the readings. A group booking is not a substitute for multi 1-2-1 readings.
Roz's demonstration of mediumship addresses the whole group together.**If a person or persons drop out from
the minimum of 6 people required for a group booking, then the booking will either be cancelled or the agreed price will still be outstanding. The £30 deposit will be deducted from the overall costs.
2 DAYS notice is required for any altercations or cancellations - this includes persons dropping out from the agreed amount of people attending. Roz has the right to cancel the said booking forthwith. The £30 deposit will not be refunded.
Roz will travel to you. If your premises is over a 5 mile radius from her, Roz will add on £1 per mile extra to your costs (eg: If it's 15 miles to your premises Roz will charge you £10 extra). This will cover Roz's travel expenses to your premises. Roz will not charge for her return journey.

CORPORATE BOOKINGS (Private) ~ Minimum of **15 ~ Maximum of 40 persons. I charged £15 per person. A £50 deposit is required to secure a booking (non refundable). ** If one or more persons drop out from the minimum of 15 booked then the difference has to be charged, otherwise the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.

When you have booked a 1-2-1 reading with Roz please make sure you arrive or call her on time as Roz may have another booking after yours. If you are behind time please telephone Roz as soon as possible to let her know.
If you wish to cancel your booking please notify Roz at least 2 DAYS before your appointment date. Roz can travel to you. 4. By paying your fee at the end of your 1~2~1 in person reading you are showing that you are happy with your reading and you will not ask for any future reimbursement of fees from MediumRoz.
5a. By making a payment after the 5 FREE minutes via a telephone reading you are showing that you are happy to continue with the reading. 5b. OVERSEAS - MediumRoz asks that the client to telephone her for the duration of the reading. (all costs of the telephone calls are to be met by the client and not by MediumRoz). U.K - (not including N.Ireland/Channel Islands) - Mediumroz will call you - Call costs are to be met by MediumRoz.
6. All readings are non - refundable.
